Our Crown Core Bits are thin wall drilling tool with a hole through the center that let water feeds into and removes sediment stone chips and allows the Core pedestal to pass through the Bit and into the Core barrel.
Our Drill Bits, used with high quality diamond and strong bond, sintered into a mould, are Laser welded. They are high diamond concentration provide aggressive cutting action, excellent for drilling marble and granite with high performance and durable life.
They are designed with 5/8"-11 or M14 or M10 female thread, 10mm segment height with a 70mm depth of cut when new reducing to 60mm as the bit wears.
We offer different adapters. Adapter unit screws into a Drill Bit to affect operative compatibility between different machines.
It is available on request upon a specific drawing of customer in any diameter and length requested.
