4" (100mm) diamond fluting wheels are used with Gison's 4" Wet air fluting tool model GPW-222Q, or angle grinders and circular saws. They are used to precisely finish flutes on drain boards, fireplace surroundings and other decorations.
The set of fluting wheels come with:
Sintered diamond fluting wheel 30/40 grit (position 1 for rough grooving).
Electroplated diamond fluting wheel 50 grit (position 2 for honing), or vacuum brazed fluting wheel 50 grit.
Use 100 grit, 200, 400, 800, 1500 and 3000 grit resin bond diamond fluting wheels for polishing.

Bore size: 7/8" (22mm).
Thickness: 10mm (R5),12mm (R6) or 16mm (R8).
